Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Each piece is one-of-a-kind due to the uniqueness of our carpets. After placing your order, you can choose your preferred carpet from our available stock.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your payment receipt will be emailed to you automatically after your purchase.

 

How can I return an item?

Returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Unfortunately, no — every piece is unique. However, similar versions may appear, and you are always welcome to place a custom order.

Where can I ship my order?

At the moment, we offer shipping to Germany and Switzerland.
